Lithia & Driveway is hiring an Express Lube Advisor at Lithia Toyota of Missoula. The role features a commission plan with estimated earnings of $60k – $90k annually and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will welcome clients, determine their needs, order parts, write POs and invoices, and coordinate appointments with the Estimator.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Strong time management to balance multiple tasks.
• Able to type efficiently to enter repair orders.
• Basic computer literacy and cost calculation ability.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they arrive.
• Determine the nature of the client’s visit.
• Inform the Estimator of client arrival.
• Order parts for repairs.
• Write purchase orders and invoices.
• Schedule appointments for the Estimator by email, phone, or in person.
• Provide information to store staff about client needs.
• Support staff with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain refreshments and waiting area stock.
• Maintain regular communication with Estimators and Managers

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client's visit
• Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival
• Order parts
• Write purchase orders and invoices
• Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
• Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers
