Job summary

Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is hiring automotive lube technicians. Pay range $17.00 - $21.00 flat rate hour depending on experience.

Schedule requires open availability to work any day/shift, with department hours Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sat 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Responsibilities include performing oil changes and routine maintenance, inspecting tires, brakes, and fluids, and communicating repair recommendations to the service team.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Perform minor maintenance such as: changing engine oil and filters.
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
