Lithia & Driveway’s Ford of Latham is hiring Express Lube Technicians for a full-time role with Saturday availability. You will perform routine maintenance like oil changes, plus multi-point inspections and communicating needs to service advisors.

A strong emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction is expected. We value basic mechanical skills, prior Express/Quick Lube experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass applicable pre-employment requirements.
• Drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes
• Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
• Identifying maintenance and repair needs and communicating recommendations to the service advisor team
• Maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following all safety procedures and dealership policies

Responsibilities

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards, including:

• Performing routine maintenance services such as oil and filter changes
• Conducting multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, and fluid levels
• Identifying maintenance and repair needs and communicating recommendations to the service advisor team
• Maintaining quality workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following all safety procedures and dealership policies

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems
• Previous experience as an Express or Quick Lube Technician preferred
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Compensation

Estimated Hourly Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, job-related qualifications, location, and other factors.
