Job summary

Iteris, Inc. is seeking an Express Lanes Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the Regional Operations Center in San Francisco.

You will supervise Express Lanes Operators and assist the Operations Manager in achieving performance measures while coordinating with agency partners and clients. The role requires leadership, training abilities, strong communication, and a solid understanding of ITS and tolling operations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in transportation/public safety/operations.
• 1+ year client service/relations experience.
• Experience training others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Express Lanes Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the ROC.
• Monitor, report, and document toll system equipment status and incidents.
• Supervise and mentor Express Lanes Operators; provide guidance and training.
• Lead staff consistent with program and Iteris values; coordinate with partners.
• Prepare weekly system reports and review SOPs with Operators.
• Assist in training material development and onboarding of new hires.
