Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in transportation, public safety, and/or commercial operations.
• One year of client service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients/partner agencies.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to train others and lead by example.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Express Lanes Operations Manager with day-to-day operations at the Regional Operations Center.
• Monitor, report, and document toll system equipment status and roadway incidents.
• Supervise Express Lanes Operators and provide guidance and training.
• Lead and mentor staff and coordinate with multiple agency and consultant partners.
• Review shift reports and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare weekly system reports and assist with SOP updates.
• Act as essential personnel during emergencies and support operations needs.
