Qualifications

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Explain maintenance items and costs to customers clearly.
• Obtain signed Repair Orders from customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure service needs are understood.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and identify and offer resolutions to concerns.
• Present recommendations based on multi-point inspection.
• Explain pricing, obtain approvals, and return orders to the dispatcher.
• Provide estimates and follow up during vehicle servicing.
• Deliver completed vehicles and document future recommendations.
