Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years Air/Ocean export experience in a freight forwarding environment.
• 2+ years’ experience supervising and developing staff.
• Strong customer service skills and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the export department ensuring compliance with policies.
• Develop efficient workflows for productivity.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.

Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite

Education

High School Diploma or GED
