CesiumAstro in Austin, TX, is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator II to manage export licensing, regulatory classifications, and compliance documentation across aerospace products.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, and Security to review transactions, maintain records, and monitor ITAR/EAR/OFAC updates. A strong background in export controls and regulatory reporting is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-5 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 0-3 years in trade compliance or export controls.
• Knowledge of U.S. export controls, trade compliance principles, export licensing, and regulatory classifications.
• Understanding ITAR, EAR, OFAC requirements, and export-controlled technical data.
• Familiarity with TAAs, TCPs, foreign-person controls, and technology transfer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare export license applications, exemptions, and related documentation.
• Review USML categories, ECCNs, and screening results to support classifications.
• Evaluate international shipments and technology transfers for authorization needs.
• Conduct restricted-party screening and end-user/end-use reviews.
• Maintain export authorizations, classifications, and records for audits.
