CesiumAstro seeks a Trade Compliance Administrator II to manage export licensing, classifications, and regulatory documentation for aerospace and defense products. You will work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant export transactions.

The role requires knowledge of ITAR/EAR, licensing processes, and screening procedures, with a focus on accurate recordkeeping and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, Legal Studies, or a related field with 2–5 years of related experience, or Master's degree in a related field with 0–3 years of related experience in trade compliance, export controls, regulatory compliance, export licensing, international trade, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of U.S. export controls, trade compliance principles, export licensing, regulatory classifications, and authorization requirements.
• Understanding of ITAR, EAR, OFAC requirements, and export-controlled technical data.
• Familiarity with TAAs, TCPs, foreign-person access, deemed exports, and technology transfer requirements.
• Experience reviewing export documentation, restricted-party screening results, end-user/end-use information, and licensing records.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare export license applications, agreements, exemptions, license exceptions, and TAA documentation.
• Review USML categories and ECCNs to support export classification and jurisdiction determinations.
• Evaluate routine international shipments and export-controlled transactions for authorization requirements.
• Conduct restricted-party screening, end-user/end-use reviews, and routine compliance assessments.
• Review foreign-person access requests, technology transfer information, and TCP documentation for export authorization needs.
• Identify routine regulatory discrepancies and licensing concerns, coordinating resolution.
• Maintain export authorizations, license conditions, classifications, screening records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, HR, Security, and others for compliance requirements.
• Prepare compliance reports, authorization summaries, and supporting documentation for audits.
• Monitor ITAR, EAR, OFAC updates and related trade regulations.
• Assist with internal compliance audits, investigations, regulatory reporting, and corrective actions.
