CesiumAstro is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator II to manage export licensing, regulatory classifications, and documentation for aerospace and defense products. You will work with engineering, supply chain, legal, and other teams to ensure compliant transactions.

The role requires ITAR/EAR knowledge and experience with export controls, licensing, and recordkeeping, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and regulatory adherence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–5 years in trade compliance or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of US export controls (ITAR/EAR) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with export licensing, classification, and documentation.
• Familiarity with TAAs, TCPs, and foreign-person access concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office and regulatory submission systems.

Mansioni

• Prepare export license applications, exemptions, and TAA documentation.
• Review USML categories and ECCNs to support classifications.
• Assess routine international shipments for authorization needs.
• Conduct restricted-party screening and end-use reviews.
• Maintain export authorization records and documentation.
