Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Trade Compliance Administrator II to join our team in the United States. You will perform trade compliance activities including export licensing, regulatory classifications, technology transfers, and documentation across aerospace and defense products and operations.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant business operations, maintain records, and support regulatory reviews and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field with trade compliance experience.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC and export control concepts.
• Experience reviewing export documents and licensing records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export license applications and related documentation.
• Review USML categories and ECCNs for classifications.
• Assess shipments and technology transfers for authorization needs.
• Conduct screening and end-user/end-use reviews.
• Maintain export authorizations and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance requirements.
