CesiumAstro, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Administrator to manage export controls, licensing, and regulatory reviews across aerospace products and operations.
In this role, you will work with engineering, supply chain, contracts, legal, and security to ensure compliant transactions, maintain records, and monitor ITAR/EAR/OFAC changes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in export controls, TAAs, TCPs, and experience with government systems like DDTC DECCS and
Competenze
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR export controls and OFAC regulations.
- Experience with export licensing, classifications, and authorizations.
- Ability to apply regulatory requirements to licensing and compliance reviews.
- Strong documentation and audit support skills.
Mansioni
- Prepare export licenses, TAAs, and license exemptions per ITAR/EAR.
- Assess classifications, USML categories, and ECCNs for products.
- Review shipments and data transfers for export-control compliance.
- Conduct restricted-party screening and end-user due diligence.
- Maintain regulatory records and support internal audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage controlled activities.
- Provide guidance on licensing procedures and documentation.
