Job summary

CesiumAstro in Westminster, CO seeks a Trade Compliance Administrator II to manage export licensing, classifications, and regulatory documentation for aerospace and defense products. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–5 years in trade compliance.
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and OFAC.
Experience reviewing export documentation and licensing records.
Understanding of TAAs and TCPs.
Proficient with regulatory recordkeeping and screening.

Responsibilities

Prepare export license applications and related docs.
Review USML categories and ECCNs.
Evaluate routine shipments for required authorizations.
Conduct restricted-party screening and end-use reviews.
Maintain export authorizations and classifications.
Coordinate with engineering and legal to gather information.
Prepare compliance reports and summaries.
Monitor ITAR, EAR, OFAC updates.
