Job summary

Total Quality Logistics seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join the Marketing team at TQL Headquarters in Cincinnati. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment and supporting front desk operations and office logistics.

You’ll help prepare onboarding materials for new hires, coordinate visits, assist with internal communications, and tackle workplace projects with a service-minded, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or sales preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High energy with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Approach challenges with critical thinking.
• Flexible to adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer visit logistics, including conference room setup and breakdown, food and beverage arrangements, visitor materials, swag distribution, and overall visit readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment by proactively identifying and resolving facility, maintenance, hospitality, and presentation issues through vendor coordination, internal partnerships, and hands-on support as needed.
• Prepare workstations and onboarding materials for new hires, ensuring employees have a positive and seamless first-day experience.
• Provide expense-related support for the Workplace Experience team.
• Support internal communications through digital and physical channels, including employee messaging, signage, calendars, and company-wide communication initiatives.
• Provide front desk and reception support, including visitor assistance, phone coverage, mail and delivery coordination, and maintaining a professional lobby environment.
