Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our sales teams and coordinate freight with transportation partners. You will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in logistics and supply chain.

After training, you’ll negotiate rates, manage high-volume calls, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and input data into our systems. This full-time in-office role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to work 5pm - 1am OR 12pm - 8pm.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems.

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in the world of logistics and supply chain. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers’ freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.
