Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Cincinnati team. You will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in logistics and coordinate assets to move customers' freight while supporting our sales teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to work full-time, in-office, in a fast-paced open environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems
