Job summary

SSi People is seeking a detail-driven Program Coordinator to keep complex programming and production work moving with precision in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Los Angeles. You will support project coordination, executive-ready deck development, and day-to-day alignment across internal partners, vendors, and onsite specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating live events, experiential activations, entertainment, hospitality, programming, or large-scale consumer-facing projects.
• Experience working with creative agencies, production companies, vendors, or other external partners.
• Experience building and maintaining executive facing presentations and project status decks.
• Experience managing vendor onboarding, invoices, contracts, NDAs, or other administrative production processes.
• Experience working directly with onsite production teams and translating programming or creative direction into operational execution.
• Experience working in G Suite, Airtable and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of project information across internal and external partners, including cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Maintain detailed project files, trackers, approvals, and archival structures across creative, production, and operations workflows.
• Build, format, and maintain presentation decks for internal updates, executive reviews, municipality meetings, and external partner discussions.
• Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, agendas, notes, action items, and day-to-day programming support for onsite execution.
