This role supports delivery across the West Coast and beyond, and is well-suited to someone early in their production career seeking growth in a creative, fast-moving environment.

You will support Senior and Associate Producers, coordinate vendors and schedules, track budgets, and help maintain production materials, with on-site involvement during events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in events, experiential, or production environments.
• Exposure to brand activations, events, or live experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confident and clear communicator.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Interest in culturally relevant, brand-led work.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior and Associate Producers across all phases of project delivery.
• Assist with sourcing vendors, venues, and production elements.
• Help build and maintain project schedules, documents, and production materials.
• Coordinate vendors across pre-production and on-site delivery.
• Track budgets, invoices, and production costs throughout projects.
• Support client communications and internal coordination.
• Organise project documentation, meeting notes, and team updates.
• Be present on-site for event delivery including installation, live event, and strike.
