Job summary

Pali Mountain is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to help bring immersive experiences to life on site in Running Springs, CA. This hands-on role requires organization, curiosity, and the ability to figure things out—from budgets and quotes to sourcing props and coordinating installations.

Collaborating with the Creative Director, Brand & Experience, you will move approved concepts into reality, manage multiple vendors, and ensure smooth project timelines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in creative production, events, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• A college degree is not required; relevant experience matters more.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (Monday.com a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects, activations, and events from approved concept through execution.
• Research vendors, request quotes, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Maintain project timelines, track budgets, and flag production risks or delays.
• Coordinate installation logistics, setup, breakdown, returns, storage, and post-project organization.
• Maintain organized inventory of props, décor, and activation assets.
• Support production of brand partnerships and activations as opportunities develop.
• Use CRM, Microsoft, project management, and AI tools for research and planning.
