Trader Joe's seeks an experienced Events Specialist to plan and execute company events from concept through completion. You will source venues, negotiate vendor terms, manage invitations, travel logistics, and budgets while collaborating with senior leadership.

Based in our Monrovia, CA office, the role requires 3–5 years in event planning and strong organizational skills. Office-based, five days a week, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in meeting, travel or event planning, including venue and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan events from conception to completion, including venue and vendor management.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with hotels, venues, and suppliers.
• Coordinate travel, RSVPs and hotel rooming lists for events.
• Provide onsite support and post-event wrap-up as needed.
