Job summary

Trader Joe's seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering across core infrastructure, network, and platform teams. Based in Monrovia, CA, this role combines strategic direction with hands-on leadership to improve reliability, security, and cost visibility for stores, offices, and data centers.

You will build engineering standards, champion automation, and establish service ownership across IT, operations, and cybersecurity, aligning with FinOps and modernization goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, or platform technologies.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience overseeing budgets and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise core infrastructure and network engineering.
• Lead the strategic direction of Cloud Engineering, including Azure modernization and platform scalability.
• Drive platform engineering standards, reusable capabilities, and automation.
• Establish ownership across Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and service providers.
• Measure reliability, delivery, and cost visibility; drive continuous improvement.
