Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience in a multi-unit real estate/property management environment.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in lease administration for a multi-unit tenant.
• Proficient in reviewing and interpreting lease documents.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Projectmates / Tango lease database software experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing all invoices, including rent and annual CAM/Tax/Insurance budgets and reconciliations.
• Abstracting, interpreting, and summarizing retail and warehouse leases while inputting them into Tango, our lease management system, and maintaining all lease documentation.
• Respond to all landlord billing/lease inquiries and correspondence.
• Assist in the insurance administration process associated with lease requirements
• Calculate and process monthly percentage rent payments.
• Collect subtenant rent and bill for CAM reimbursements as required by leases.
• Complete special projects as required.
• Assist in preparing waivers, SNDAs, estoppels, and amendments.
• Obtain landlord approvals for remodels and special projects
• Respond to internal requests for lease interpretations
