Job summary

Joe & the Juice is seeking an energetic Event & Community Manager to lead new store openings and lively brand activations across the US. You will collaborate with the Brand & Culture team to bring openings to life, build local partnerships, and create memorable guest experiences.

You are highly organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple openings while traveling or working evenings as needed to ensure events run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, community, hospitality, experiential marketing, brand activations or a similar role.
• Experience working on events or activations from planning through execution.
• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple deadlines at once.
• Strong communicator with internal teams and external partners.
• Willing to travel and work evenings or weekends when events and openings require it.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of US store openings.
• Coordinate opening-day activations, local partnerships, DJs, studios and community partners.
• Organize event materials, staffing, signage and music for openings.
• Support brand, community and cultural events across US markets.
