Job summary

Event Source seeks an Event Consultant to assist clients in creating memorable event experiences. You will identify client needs, recommend rental products, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role includes upselling opportunities, mood board presentations, and close collaboration with clients from design to fulfillment. Travel to events and offsite locations is required occasionally.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related customer service experience.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to learn about each event and upsell effectively.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming phone calls, texts, web requests, and emails.
• Make outbound calls to update contact information and nurture leads.
• Showcase products in Mood Boards and design concepts.
• Greet clients in the Design Center and assist with event setup.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer data and sales information.
• Consult with clients to understand event rental needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Relentlessly follow up on quotes and leads to close sales.
• Cultivate relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
• Travel to offsite locations as needed and meet performance metrics.
