You will manage concept through execution, including creative direction, production, logistics, budgets, and vendor management, partnering closely with the founders and other creatives.

You bring impeccable taste and a compulsive attention to detail to deliver curated, authentic in-person experiences while balancing ambition with budget discipline and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, experiential marketing, recruiting events, or event production.
• Portfolio of thoughtful, highly polished experiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay composed when plans change.
• Experience with varied event formats and audiences, from dinners to conferences.

Responsibilities

• Cohost events with investors and top talent, handling planning and logistics.
• Build flagship product launch keynotes with storytelling and live demos.
• Lead company recruiting events and open labs with the recruiting team.
• Define Etched's brand at major conferences and public events.
• Plan internal events like offsites, town halls, and celebrations.
• Organize guest speaker events with scheduling and attendee experience.
