Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Texas is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and corporate events, creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest.

You will sell, schedule, and coordinate events, input sales data, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed quarterly targets while delivering top-notch guest service. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Food & beverage or retail experience preferred.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong communication.
• Proficient with Excel and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and promote the FUN experience.
• Understand event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate events.
• Input sales data, guest information, and follow-up tasks.
• Work with Sales Manager to beat targets.
• Prospect and cold call for new business.
• Support local store marketing to drive sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
