Main Event Entertainment in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences, tailoring each to their needs. You will input guest details and sales data, and work with the Sales Manager to exceed targets while fostering guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong teamwork, excellent communication, and availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Relationship-building is important.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand all event packages and add-ons and sell them.
• Schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets.
• Prospect and develop new relationships for future business.
