Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of FUN. You will partner with guests to tailor experiences and drive event sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include selling and coordinating corporate and group events, inputting data in CRM, collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet quarterly targets, and contributing to weekly team meetings. Flexible schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or related customer-facing role.
• Ability to build guest relationships and deliver service with a friendly attitude.
• Comfort working in a team and collaborating with managers.

Responsibilities

• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in CRM and create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and safety.
