Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable celebrations and events. You’ll partner with guests to tailor a fun, safe experience and input sales data into our systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, upselling event packages, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to hit targets. You’ll work a retail/food & beverage environment, must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest focused mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Teamwork is essential; collaboration with colleagues.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Understand all event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems; create follow-up tasks.
