Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is looking for an Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and group events, coordinating every detail from envisioning the experience to final execution.

You will sell event packages, input data into systems, and work with the Sales Manager to hit targets while building lasting guest relationships. This role requires strong communication and availability for varied shifts to keep events running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information into systems and create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing to drive event sales and walk-ins.
