Job summary

Main Event is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and group experiences, creating a tailored vision of FUN while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will partner with guests to understand their needs and coordinate event details.

The role involves selling and scheduling events, inputting data in CRM systems, collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed targets, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or retail preferred.
• Guest-focused mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Teamwork and relationship-building are essential for success.
• Proficient with Excel, MS Office and a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging guests as ambassador of FUN.
• Understand event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group and birthday events.
• Input sales data and guest information in systems; create follow-up tasks.
