Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to help our Guests plan memorable birthday and group events by creating a tailored and fun experience. You will partner with guests to understand needs and present compelling packages.

Responsibilities include selling and scheduling events, inputting data in CRM, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to exceed targets while prospecting new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience; food & beverage or retail experience is a plus.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service orientation.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Relationship-building with guests and clients; professional communication.
• Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Understanding event packages and add-ons to upsell options.
• Inputting sales revenue and guest information in systems; tracking tasks.
• Collaborating with Sales Manager to exceed birthday/group sales targets.
• Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business.
• Supporting local store marketing to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Participating in weekly sales meetings to share ideas.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties and maintaining cleanliness.
