VCA Brookline Animal seeks an experienced client service representative for a fast-paced hospital environment in Brookline. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, reliable scheduling, and clear communication with pet owners and team members.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in veterinary client service, strong computer skills, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Light lifting and weekend availability are required.

• At least 2 years of experience in veterinary client service or related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong client relations and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to expert computer skills and familiarity with software.

Mansioni

• Provide front-desk customer service, greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Answer questions about products and services, animal husbandry basics, and preventive care.
• Manage and maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Triager phone calls and enter vaccine information.
