Ophelia Tavern & Bar Top in Avondale Estates, GA, is now open and hiring Experienced Servers. Join a dual venue—The Dale rooftop and Ophelia Tavern—where Italian-inspired fare, a craft cocktail program, and a welcoming, fast-paced service vibe meet.

We’re seeking candidates who can manage a busy section, deliver knowledgeable, attentive service, and guide guests through menus. Previous high-volume serving experience, strong hospitality, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Previous high-volume serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Friendly, polished, hospitality-focused approach.
• Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Ability to learn menu ingredients, preparation methods, garnishes, and common allergens.
• Experience managing multiple tables and coordinating timing of courses.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming experience.
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus with accurate, confident recommendations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, features, and unavailable items.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system with correct table details.
• Pace the guest experience and coordinate drinks, apps, entrées, and other courses.
