Qualifications

• Previous full-service line cook experience required.
• From-scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Pasta and pizza prep experience a plus.
• Able to work across multiple stations.
• Strong knife skills and culinary knowledge.
• Team-oriented with dependable, professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes.
• Work assigned stations (pasta/sauté, pizza, grill, fry, pantry).
• Cook, sauce, finish, and plate pasta dishes consistently.
• Execute pizzas in 600-degree ovens with proper texture and presentation.
• Maintain portions, temperatures, and plating.
• Coordinate with expo and cooks to complete orders.
