Candidates should show proven high-volume bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and whiskeys, and a friendly, dependable work ethic. Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume bartending experience in a full-service bar is required.
• Ability to produce consistent cocktails with accurate measurements.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and whiskey varieties.
• Excellent guest interaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, whiskey-forward drinks, mocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and other beverages according to recipes.
• Execute drinks consistently using proper measurements, techniques, glassware, ice, garnishes, and presentation.
• Manage a busy service while providing attentive service to bar guests.
• Prioritize orders and communicate clearly to keep service moving efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage programs, food menus, daily features, and seasonal offerings.
• Guide guests through spirit selections and make recommendations.
• Build relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
