We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables Teams (including Aetna, Cigna, Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers) to maximize reimbursements. Responsibilities include managing denials, preparing appeals, and ensuring reimbursements align with contracted payors. The manager will perform quality reviews, identify training needs, and help document policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of collection practices, and compliance with federal and state billing and collection regulations.
