We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to join our dynamic team. This role oversees the day-to-day activities of the Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables Teams (including payers such as Aetna, Cigna, Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid), aiming to maximize reimbursements. Responsibilities include managing denials, preparing appeals, and ensuring reimbursements align with contracts. The manager will perform quality reviews, identify training needs, and help document policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of collection practices, and compliance with Federal and State regulations related to billing and collections.

The Collections Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the collection staff and managing daily operations related to AIS Healthcare’s TDD services. This includes contract analysis, reimbursement, denial management, appeals, and resolving billing issues with insurers or responsible parties. The manager will conduct quality reviews, determine training needs, and assist in policy documentation.
