Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join our Kennesaw team for high-volume recruiting and after-hours client support. This full-time, temporary-to-hire role offers $23.00 per hour and a 11:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for industrial and manufacturing roles while building strong client and employee relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining strong candidate experience.
• Respond to after-hours client staffing requests and urgent hiring needs.

EXPERIENCED RECRUITER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join our Kennesaw team in a unique role focused on high-volume recruiting and after-hours client support. This is an opportunity to become a key player in a growing top performing branch, helping fill critical openings while building relationships with clients and employees.

Pay Rate

$23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Experienced Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining strong candidate experience.
• Respond to after-hours client staffing requests and urgent hiring needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and candidates.

Experienced Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Previous staffing industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with proficient computer skills and reliable transportation.
