Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a six-month, onsite contract. The role focuses on front-line recruitment across multiple locations, partnering with hiring leaders to build pipelines and move candidates efficiently through the process.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume entry-level roles, source via multiple channels, screen candidates, and provide hiring managers with market insights to drive faster, higher-quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume or multi-location preferred.
• Experience recruiting for retail, service, hospitality, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ATS experience.

Responsibilities

Ready to make an immediate impact in recruiting? Our client is a well-established, multi-location organization that is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment. WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of recruiting experience; high-volume or multi-location recruiting strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting for retail, service, hospitality, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable making a high volume of candidate contacts and conducting phone screens
• Organized, responsive, and highly accountable
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers
• Strong computer skills and experience working with an ATS
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
