Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Staffing Recruiter in Nashville to source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary to hire roles. The recruiter will manage candidate records, coordinate interviews, and support payroll processing while delivering high levels of customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and offers a base salary plus potential commissions in a fast-growing staffing organization.

Staffing Recruiter

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Staffing Recruiter for a company based in Nashville, TN. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Pay Rate

$20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.

Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified candidates.
• Screen applications and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure appropriate job placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall fit for available positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout the hiring process.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace concerns and employment-related matters.

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred.
