Job summary

Schochet is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations of Riverside Village, a 312-unit family apartment community in Leominster, MA. The manager will supervise office and maintenance staff and ensure excellent resident service in a large affordable housing community.

The role requires at least 3 years of multifamily PM experience, COS certification, and strong leadership. Yardi and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with LIHTC/Section 8 regulatory knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• COS designation is required.
• ARM designation is preferred.
• Proven leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a large property management team.
• Oversee all property operations, including budgets, payroll, reporting, and vendor management.
• Manage rent calculations, payables, collections, delinquency notices, legal proceedings, and subsidy collections.
• Oversee annual and interim resident recertifications for compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies, Section 8, LIHTC, and affordable housing regulations.
