Job summary

Schochet is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at Riverside Village, a 312-unit family community in Leominster, MA. You will supervise office and maintenance staff, manage budgets, payroll, reporting, and vendor relations while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with affordable housing rules.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of multifamily property management, strong Section 8 and LIHTC knowledge, a COS designation, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
• COS designation required; ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a large property management team.
• Oversee budgets, payroll, reporting and vendor management.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors, employees and community partners.
• Manage rent calculations, payables, collections, and subsidy collections; oversee recertifications.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8, LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.
