Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a maintenance professional to support the upkeep of our apartment communities and single-family rental subdivisions. You will perform unit turns, routine maintenance, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.

The role requires a strong work ethic, timely work order completion, and the ability to work overtime and travel for training as needed. Safety and HUD/LIHTC training are part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel environments.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Complete daily resident work orders and maintain properties' curb appeal.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and assist neighboring properties as needed.
• Travel for regional/corporate training and maintain professional relationships with residents and vendors.
