Job summary

WAHVE is seeking experienced Insurance Operations Business Analysts to work from home supporting insurance carrier or MGA clients. Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT; translate requirements; manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle.

We require 25 years of full-time work experience with at least 10 years in the insurance industry. You can choose a full- or part-time remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
• Ability to liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and others.
• Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional specs.
• Experience managing multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with operational areas across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and others.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle (rating/pricing, quoting, issuing).
• Participate in development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows depending on line of business, state, and regulations.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state insurance departments.
