Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items for hotel outlets using standardized recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Operate grills, fryers, griddles and other large-volume equipment.
• Set up station with mise en place for service.
• Adjust oven and equipment temperatures to required levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and utensils.
• Ensure food quality and portion control meet standards.
• Assist with guest inquiries and follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
