Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare menu items for hotel outlets in a high-volume kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, measure ingredients, and operate equipment such as grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers to ensure timely, consistent quality.

This role emphasizes sanitation, safety, attendance, and teamwork; you will set up mise en place, adjust ovens as needed, and monitor temperature while maintaining clean work areas and complying with all grooming and health

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for guests using standardized recipes in a timely, consistent manner.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes with various kitchen tools.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, mixers, slicers, and tenderizers.
• Set up station with mise en place for all hotel outlets.
• Adjust thermostat controls to regulate oven, boiler, grills, roasters, and steam kettles.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, surfaces, and utensils.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards; ensure food quality and quantity meet requirements.
