Mobile Communications America, a trusted advisor for wireless communications, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Brunswick, GA location to support the Voice division. The role emphasizes strong communication, professional customer handling, and efficient front-office operation.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in customer operations, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in customer operations or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a multi-line phone system.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a customer service role model for others.
• Resolve customer service issues with minimal supervision.
• Establish relationships with major customers and vendors.
• Train and mentor other customer operations staff.
• Assist all customers in a professional manner; greet customers and visitors.
