Mobile Communications America, Inc. in Panama City, FL is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to support our Voice division. You will serve as a customer service role model and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

The role requires 3-7 years in customer operations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage schedules, orders, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in customer operations or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a customer service role model for others.
• Resolve customer service issues with little to no supervision.
• Establish relationships with major customers and vendors.
• Greet customers and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Assist with inbound requests for service and installation.
• Keep technicians and installers informed of scheduled work.
• Contact techs/installers to confirm schedules each morning.
• Notify customers 1 hour to 24 hours before arrival of a technician.
• Prepare, maintain, and close work orders for scheduled service work.
• Follow up on progress and inventory control as needed.
• Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
