As an Experienced Dealer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, transparency, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair services.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for walk-in and scheduled service customers.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate service solutions.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Work closely with technicians to manage repair workflow and timelines.
• Deliver timely, professional updates to customers regarding service status.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and records.
• Stay informed on current promotions, service packages, and attachment opportunities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
